Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
